Hi my name is Alex and I have been weight training for over 15 years. I can provide workout routines and nutritional advice for anyone who is willing to make a change to better their physical and mental well-being. Iam offering physical trainings and nutritional advice at a set rate. Heres my rates. 1 training session cost $30 hour or buy 4 sessions for $100 1 session of nutrition support of whatever your goals are for $25 Sessions can be done online or in person whatever you prefer is fine.
